What we do

Managed IT, networks and cloud for New York businesses.

One accountable partner, all of it. Take a single service or the whole stack — every engagement begins with a free consultation to work out what your business actually needs.

Services

What we do, end to end.

Every one of them is delivered by the same person who scoped it. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor you never meet.

Most local searches never reach a website — they end at the map. If your listing is unclaimed, miscategorised or half-empty, you are invisible at the exact moment someone is ready to call. We claim and verify it, fix categories and service areas, and set up a review process you will actually keep up with.

A website is not a brochure. It has to load fast, say the right thing, and be findable — and increasingly be readable by AI assistants that answer the question before anyone clicks. Custom WordPress, not templates bolted onto a half-dozen SaaS subscriptions.

Custom build · on-page & technical SEO · structured data · performance

Some workloads genuinely need enterprise cloud. Most don’t. The job is knowing which is which, and sizing what you run to your actual workload rather than a vendor’s margin. You pay your providers directly, at their prices — we never mark up hosting.

The network is where “the internet is slow” actually lives. Most small-business networks were assembled once and never designed. Reliable by design, secured by default, and documented so it can be operated for years rather than rebuilt every time something changes.

Not a chatbot bolted onto your homepage. AI that fits how your team already works — recent builds include a legal drafting platform that answers only from a firm's own documents and can show where each line came from, and an automation that reads court email and files the deadlines into the calendar and docket by itself.

Workflow design · document automation · internal tools · integration

No fixed packages. Some businesses need one problem solved. Others need everything — from the Google listing to the firewall in the server room — handled by an engineer who understands how the pieces connect to each other.

New machines built by script instead of by hand: one command each on Windows, Linux and Mac, the same result every time, and nothing half-configured left behind. Run it again and it repairs a machine rather than installing over the top of itself.

Windows · Linux · macOS · repeatable · documented

Uptime checks every five minutes on the services a business actually depends on. Alerts fire when something changes state rather than repeating until you mute them, and the recovery step travels with the alert so it can be dealt with from a phone.

Five-minute checks · state-change alerts · push to phone

Screen sharing and remote control over ordinary HTTPS, reachable from a browser when installing anything on the far end is not practical — and it keeps working on restricted guest networks. Each organisation kept separate from every other.

How it works

What working together looks like.

A conversation first

Understanding how the work really happens — not filling in a requirements form.

A scope you can read

Plain terms, what’s in and what isn’t. If part of it can wait, we’ll say so.

Accounts in your name

Hosting, domains, cloud, Google — billed to you at the provider’s price.

Documented before handover

Replace us tomorrow and everything you paid for stays yours and keeps running.

Not on the list?

This isn’t everything we do.

These six are what we get asked for most, so they get their own pages. In practice the work is rarely only one of them — a network job turns into a backup problem, a website turns into a Google listing, a migration turns into a licensing question.

If what you need isn’t here, ask. And if it’s genuinely outside what we do, we’ll tell you that instead of taking the work.

Tell us what’s not working.

Send a note describing the problem. Tell us what it does, when it started, and what changed just before. The first conversation is free.
